Chai Dental

Just made an appointment with a lengzai Dentist..

And he gave me this thing :

Meaning that this retainer able to retain my teeth in order it not moving in or out.

Need not be gigi besi but gigi plastic..swt..it is transparency, if didn't stand near and talk to me nobody can see it..

It is pain..forcing to wear it..until when I don't know..When going to have meal, need to remove it out...

I was learning to put it in and take it out at dental there, god..hard to do it..and I am not pronouncing well...Anyway, will slowly used to it...

Today mood feeling good..talked with them outside the lecture hall while waiting our class...
