Grading

In our persatuan(karate)..when ujian we called it grading...
Yst we were organising a grading in sjkc krono (cheras)...
Tis was my 1st time been there..my dad oso..kesiannya..he had lost his way...=.=..finally he got to come for the grading...Just a smaller group took grading...so we all seniors went there n help them a hand...n...did some performance...

I had been learn karate almost 10 years...since i was standard 3...tat time i did not hv a slim body..hehe..so uncle asked me to learn..keep fit..=.= my dad agree v him oso...therefore until now i have 10 years experiences of karate...when small time i was not dare to let my frens know ...coz they will laugh n feel like i m a rude gul...but now...i would like to let you all know,i m proud of it...^^ mostly to guys..coz not dare to bully me n know how to protect of myself..except my hubby..i need him to protect me..keke...

In ns...we,pelatih..wira n wirawati..should need a healthy n strong body...coz there have a lot of activities..morning exercise,afternoon march under the hot sun..if cannot tahan sure pengsan...i m vry suprise that i was took part in marching competition in ns...coz I dislike march when in secondary skul but like to watch ppl march...=.=...memorable...@.@..so i miss my karate so much...i would like to thank to my uncle n my dad..without them i cant tahan so many halangan in ns...

Training time sure will hurt a bit...but becoz of by by..i try my best do not hurt myself...even though i m a gul,my ability,power n standard are still there...dun pandang rendah to guls...yeah...!!
